Use as a resource or take as a 1-unit course!    It is independent of the Multimedia course series at the College of San Mateo.

Web Competency - downloading and exchanging documents and information on the Web

  • troubleshoot common problems with email and downloading documents on the Web.
  • streamline your exchange of documents using compression programs.
  • improve your ability to search the Internet and apply search-criteria to the returned pages.
  • trouble shoot login problems, and learn how to collaborate effectively, on forums.
