Submitting Final Grades on the Web

Checklist from the Office of Admissions and Records for Submitting Final Grades.
Important Dates & Deadlines

  • Official Class Records must be turned in by the deadline date with the final grades placed in the 'final grade' column and signed by you at the bottom of the page

    If you are using a grade keeping program such as GradeKeeper or Excel, you’ll need to make a print out of the grades and attendance, sign it, then staple all the pages to your empty green record sheet before you submit your final grade paperwork to Admissions and Records.
    Save Paper:  If you are using Gradekeeper and a laser printer (or if your inkjet printer gives you page layout options) you can print out 4 pages on one page. 
    Mac:   File: Print: Change Copies & Pages to Layout: Pages per sheet: 4
    PC:      File: Print:  Preferences: Pages per sheet: 4

  • Attendance sheets must be completed and turned in along with the Official Class records
     
  • Grade of Incomplete Memorandum forms should be completed for each student receiving an incomplete (Default grade must be included) and returned to the Office of Enrollment Services.
    Incomplete Grade Form  (same for all 3 colleges)

If you have to reinstate or add a student to your class(es), please send an e-mail to
Maria Lara   lara@smccd.edu with the following information

    • CRN (Course Reference Number)
    • Student Name
    • Student's Social Security Number
    • Add Date
    • Final Grade
    • Units if other than 'fixed"
